  • Meet your coach, Sarah Grace
    She will guide you through each step of the way, from setting up your account on the nutrition platform, to uploading and logging certain metrics daily/weekly, to joining the FB group, to any questions you may have!
  • Instant Access to HIPPA-Compliant App, & Helpful Documents
    After submitting payment and setting up your account within the nutrition platform, you will find access to videos and documents that will be helpful throughout your journey. (entire platform available in downloadable app)
  • Set your goals/metrics
    Through the app, you can set goals, insert current metrics, and read through all documents uploaded, including a 60+ page nutrition guide.
  • Enjoy the foods you love
    Despite not believing in strict calorie or macro counting, Sarah Grace will provide you macros ranges based on body type and activity level, along with portion control guide, to help you get used to meeting your needs, being aware of the amount you are eating, and what makes you feel best.
  • Keep track
    Chart your progress in one central web app that logs your body measurements, other important metrics (such as sleep, hydration, and stress), goals, milestones, food diary, fitness activity, photos and more.
