  • Meet your coach, Sarah Grace
    She will guide you through each step of the way, from setting up your account on the nutrition platform, to uploading and logging certain metrics daily/weekly, to joining the FB group, to any questions you may have!
  • Instant Access to Multiple Video Tutorials, Lessons, & Helpful Documents
    After submitting payment and setting up your account within the nutrition platform, you will find access to videos and documents that will be helpful throughout your journey. (entire platform available in downloadable app)
  • Set your goals
    Through an initial session with Sarah Grace, she will determine your best plan of action, along with ranges of macronutrients, and upload your nutrition plan into your account.
  • Enjoy the foods you love
    Despite not believing in strict calorie or macro counting, Sarah Grace will provide you ranges and have you track a couple days when first starting out, to help you get used to meeting your needs, being aware of the amount you are eating, and what makes you feel best.
  • Keep track
    Chart your progress in one central web app that logs your body measurements, other important metrics (such as sleep, hydration, and stress), goals, milestones, food diary, fitness activity, photos and more.
  • Gain a support group
    Stay accountable with biweekly one-on-one video check-ins with Sarah Grace through the app, and unlock access to our members-only Facebook page.
